Talk: Cultural appropriation

I've removed the paragraph about 'rapid cultural diffusion in the internet age.' It doesn't take into account power differentials, and comes off as excusing appropriation. In addtion, trying to 'divorce' the appropriated cultural component from the culture from which it was appropriated does not undo the harm. It often does the opposite.
