At Friends of O'Reilly Camp 2010 (FOO Camp), a high-profile male blogger groped a female attendee without her consent. Later that evening, the same blogger was seen with a second woman who was extremely drunk. He appeared to be making sexual advances towards her and encouraging her to get more drunk, despite her clear inability to give consent to sex. Persons aware of the groping earlier in the evening became concerned for her safety, removed her from his presence, and informed conference organizers of both incidents.
As of July 2011, O'Reilly has pledged to adopt a code of conduct for all their conferences.
